Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients \> 45 years of age with Uncomplicated Cataract
- •2\.Patients who undergo uncomplicated standard phacoemulsification procedure with foldable in the bag monofocal IOL implantation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients previously diagnosed with dry eye disease
- •2\.Patients using artificial tear substitutes
- •3\.Patients on long term ocular or topical steroids
- •4\.Patients with history of previous intra or extraocular surgery
- •5\.Patients with any other ocular comorbidities
