Diagnosis of stroke. Between 6 months and 5 years of injury, resulting in right or left hemiparesis, over 18 years old. Ambulators with or without attachment, for example simple cane or walking stick. Patients who are in final rehabilitation process in physiotherapy on the land, aquatic and occupational therapy, aiming to improve functions related to the gait pattern and or specific objective of improvement of the dynamic balance and performance in double task. Patients without deformities in lower limbs and collaborative patients, able to understand activities.
Diagnosis of stroke resulting in dyskinetic disorders. Deformity in lower limbs that can not be corrected with orthoses. Non-collaborative patients or who are not able to understand the proposed activities.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement of the quality of life related to the improvement of balance and functionality, measured through the Specific Quality of Life Scale for Stroke (SS-Qol).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement of dynamic balance and gait, evaluated through the Berg Balance Scale and the Timed Up and Go test.
