Inclusion Criteria

1. End-stage kidney disease who have undergone hemodialysis with a hemodialysis machine at least 3 months
2. Age morethan 18 yearolds

Exclusion Criteria

1. Has been diagnosed with acute ischemic heart disease in the past 3 months or have cardiac symptoms such as chest pain during exercise getting tired easily with little exertion.
2. Resting heart rate is more than 120 beats per minute.
3. Resting blood pressure greater than 180/110 mmHg.
