Age 60 or older
Residents of the community (do not reside in the aging and study centers during the study)
On one or more knee joints with diagnosis of a physician with osteoarthritis
Chronic pain is at least 15 days per month at 4 (according to the numerical value of pain 10-10)
Non-dependence on wheelchairs and other means of assistance such as walkers
At least six months have not been practicing yoga or regular exercise
Be able to speak, read and understand Persian language
Have psychological health. Surveys are performed with a score of more than 7 of the cognitive function questionnaires (AMTs)
The GDS (Gestational Depression Inventory) score is 8-0
At the first meeting, the balance sheet test did not receive a score of less than 21
The participant does not have a significant impairment of vision or hearin
they do not have orthopedic surgeries and do not suffer from other musculoskeletal disorders
have not been injected intradermally within 30 days.
Inability to participate in the weekly program
