1. Children of either sex in between age group of 10 to 16 years
2. Known case of asthma having recent history of asthmatic attacks.
3. Minimum 3 episodes of mild to moderate bronchial asthma per year persisting for 1 week.
4. Having clinical features of bronchial asthma Tamaka Shwasa and satisfying Subjective parameters grading for the disease.
1. Abnormal body mass index BMI more than 28 or less than 18.5.
2. Unusual dietetic regimen.
3. Autoimmune diseases, inflammatory bowel disease, diarrhea 4 weeks before taking the stool sample.
4. Antibiotic, probiotic, or vitamin administration less than 1 month before fecal sampling, those who received immunosuppressive therapy and allergen-specific immunotherapy in the last 5 years.
5. Patient on oral or inhaled glucocorticoid treatment during 6 months prior to the sample collection date.
6. Having severe feature of bronchial asthma or Status asthmaticus.
7. Asthmatic child with comorbidities like Tuberculosis, Nasal Polyps, Pleural effusion, Emphysema, Bronchiectasis etc.
8. Patient or parents or attendant not willing to be a part of the clinical trial.
