(1) aged 10-15 years old
(2) with a body mass index (BMI) at or above the 95th percentile for children and adolescents of the same age and sex
(1) obese children or adolescents with co-morbid diseases needing intensive care or specific drugs
(2) morbid obesity defined by a BMI at or above the 99th percentile
(3) intellectual disability or requirement of special education services, as revealed by parent information or performance on the Gesell Figure Drawing Test
(4) not Android device users
(5) living outside Chiang Mai province
(6) not of Thai ethnicity
