Presence of depressive symptoms and/or problem gambling behavior, smartphone ownership, sufficient understanding of Turkish language.
Exclusion Criteria
Acute suicidality (PHQ-9 Item 9 = 2).

Name Time Method Primary outcome is reduction in depressive symptoms as measured with the PHQ-9 (difference from baseline to post at 4 weeks).

Name Time Method Secondary outcomes are: <br><br>- the reduction of gambling symptoms measured with the PG-YBOCS (difference between baseline and post after 4 weeks). <br><br>- the increase in self-esteem measured with the RSE (difference between baseline and post after 4 weeks). <br><br>- the increase in quality of life measured with the globalitem of the WHOQOL-Bref (difference between baseline and post after 4 weeks). <br><br>- the influence of attitudes towards online interventions measured with the APOI (baseline only) on the primary endpoint (reduction in depression) and duration of use.<br><br>- the impact of treatment expectancy measured with the PATHEV (baseline only) on the primary endpoint (reduction in depression) and duration of use.<br><br>- the presence of side effects measured with the INEP (only at post after 4 weeks)<br><br>- subjective satisfaction with the app measured with the ZUF-8 (only at post after 4 weeks)
