1) After mastectomy with breast cancer, patients having breast reconstruction using deep inferior epigastric perforator flap
2) 20 years old = age < 80 years
3) Patients who voluntarily consent to this clinical study
1) Patients with hypersensitivity to nicardipine
2) Patients with acute heart failure, aortic valve stenosis, mitral stenosis, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, hypotension
3) Patients with abnormal liver function
4) Patients with abnormal renal function
5) Pregnant and lactating women
6) Refusal of patient
