Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion criteria for selection of the sample are female, between 40 and 50 years of age, have significant urinary loss through physical exertion, proven by the pad test and have a bladder lowering.
Exclusion Criteria
The criteria for exclusion in the study will be pregnancy, urinary tract infections, neurological diseases, total hysterectomy, metal implants, pelvic tumors and clinical and / or surgical treatment for urinary incontinence.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Strengthening of the pelvic floor muscles reduced urinary loss in women with urinary incontinence, verified through the absorbent-pad test, with p value G1 of 0.04 and G2 p value of 0.05, according to the non-parametric test of wilcoxon.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement in the quality of life of women with urinary incontinence, verified through the questionnaire of quality of life - KINGS before and after treatment, with the application of the non-parametric wilcoxon test.
