Diagnose of PCOS fulfilling rotterdam criteria
Exclusion Criteria
H/o primary ammenorrhea, seconday ammenorrhea due to lactation, any gynaecological or systemic diseases, current use of any other medicine, any other condition which the investigator thinks that jeoparadize the study

Name Time Method Efficacy of individualised Ayurvedic approach in PCOS, with ovulation, menstrual irregularity and biochemical parameters.Timepoint: Sonological and Hormonal assessment will be done during initial evaluation of the subject and at the end of 6months treatment. Menstrual history will be assessed every month.
