Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients diagnosed with HFrEF, regardless of etiology
- •2\. Receiving optimal medical treatment for heart failure
- •3\. Age \= 16 years
- •4\. Able to speak and read the Dutch language
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Permanent atrial heart rhythm disturbances
- •2\. Hemodynamic significant valvular disease
- •3\. Cardiac ischemia or chest pain when performing submaximal exercise
- •4\. Neurological, orthopedic or peripheral vascular conditions preventing the patient from exercising
