- •1. Patients diagnosed with HFrEF, regardless of etiology
- •2. Receiving optimal medical treatment for heart failure
- •3. Age = 16 years
- •4. Able to speak and read the Dutch language
排除标准
- •1. Permanent atrial heart rhythm disturbances
- •2. Hemodynamic significant valvular disease
- •3. Cardiac ischemia or chest pain when performing submaximal exercise
- •4. Neurological, orthopedic or peripheral vascular conditions preventing the patient from exercising
