Inclusion Criteria
1) Blood glucose more than 180 mg/dL in ICU
2) No diabetes history
3) At least 18 years old
Exclusion criteria:
1) Less than 18 years old
2) Diabetes diagnosis during the study
3) Lack of patient or patient's relatives Consent
4) Transport to other units or death within 8 days of entrance
