Inclusion Criteria

All ICU medical admission of age less than or equal to 12 years needing tracheal intubation with conventional laryngoscopy and intubation.

Exclusion Criteria
  • 1.Patients older than 12 years.
  • 2.Intubations done during cardiopulmonary resuscitation, 3.Awake fibreoptic intubation or intubations done immediately after unplanned extubation and 4.Patients with mediastinal mass with Computed tomography (CT) scan documented tracheal compression or deviation.
