Inclusion Criteria

age of embryonic 27 to 36 weeks; no short or long term sedatives and analgesics had to be used by the mother and infant; physiological conditions stability of infant certificated; need of the infant to be blood sampled every day; health of blood collecting area on infant’s body; parent’s satisfaction; no feeding must be done 30 minutes before blood sampling include milk and sweet liquids; no record of allergy in the mother.

Exclusion Criteria

parents disinclination in study; physiological instability of the infant.
