Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA physical status I and II, undergoing spine surgery under general anaesthesia, patient undergoing surgery in prone position, Surgeries requiring IONM monitoring, Patients willing to provide their voluntary written informed consent for participation in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient refusal to participate
- •2\.Patient of age less than 18 years and more than 60 years
- •3\.ASA physical status III, IV
- •4\.Patients with poor muscle power preoperatively (2 and lesser power)
- •5\.Patients with paraplegia/quadriplegia
- •6\.Patient allergic to any anaesthetic drugs used in the study
- •7\.Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension
- •8\.Pregnant women
