入选标准
- •a)Patients willing for trial.
- •b)Patients of age group between 16-70 years irrespective of sex.
- •c)Patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Vatarakta.
- •d)Patients having serum uric acid level 6 mg/dl with associated features like joint pain and inflammation.
- •e)Not having any state mentioned in exclusion criteria.
排除标准
- •a)Patients not willing for the trial.
- •b)Patients below age of 16 years and above 70 years of age.
- •c)Any other joint inflammatory disorder like RA.
- •d)Uncontrolled Diabetes and Hypertension. Chronic renal disease.
- •e)Patients having chronicity more than 10 years.
- •f)Disease associated with marked joint destruction.
- •g)Hemarthrosis, Koch arthritis, Septic arthritis.
- •h)Severe multi organ syndromes.
- •i)Patients suffering from major systemic illness.
- •j)Pregnant and lactating women.
- •k)Any other state thought fit for exclusion.
