Inclusion Criteria
1.Adult patients (18-60 years)
2.Eligible participants could read and write in Thai language.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Uncooperative patients 2.Preexisting cardiovascular disease (arrhythmia, tachycardia), neurological or psychiatric diseases, thrombocytopenia, pregnancy, 3.Allergy to any local anesthetic drug or patients who received any anticoagulant drug. 4.Patients who had undergone turbinate surgery or endoscopic sinus surgery
