Inclusion Criteria

1.Individuals with sign and symptoms of Sthaulya (obesity)

2.Pre-obese and obese class 1 category patients

Exclusion Criteria

1. Individuals having BMI more than 35 and less than 25.

2. Individuals having complications like Diabetes, Cardiovascular disease, Hypothyroidism, Hormonal imbalance and having systemic complications like malignancies or hepatic as well as renal problems.

3. Individuals having poor controlled blood pressure >160/100mmHg.

4. Individuals who are currently participating in any other clinical trial.

5. Individuals having severe painful conditions due to any known spinal abnormalities like Intervertebral Disc Prolapsed.

6. Individuals having severe painful condition due to recent trauma or accident.

The practices of Yogic procedure like Kapalbhati, Paschimottanasan and Nadishuddhi Pranayama in three groups will result in loss of weight by reducing BMI, Corpulence index, waist hip ratio, Abdominal girth, Mid arm circumference, body fat percentage without any side effect.Timepoint: 12 weeks
