Inclusion Criteria
1. > 18 year-old
2. Differentiated thyroid cancer patient who received total thyroidectomy and planned to receive 3.7-5.6 GBq of l-131 for postoperative thyroid ablation
Exclusion Criteria
1. Previous radioiodine therapy
2. External radiation history of the head and neck area
3. Any previous symptoms of salivary gland dysfunction
4. History of salivary gland disease
5. Autoimmune diseases involving the salivary gland (example: Rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's disease, lymphoma, AIDS)
