1. In this study, children who are admitted to the pediatric ward during data collection will be included.
2. In this study, children admitted for more than 3 days will be included.
3. In this study, both male and female children will be included.
4. In this study, children who are ambulated after surgery will be included.
1. In this study, children with critical illness, immediate postoperative, and children with semi- consciousness, and unconsciousness will be excluded.
2. In this study, children who are physically and mentally challenged will be excluded.
