Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult women over 20 years old
  • \-American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I\-III
  • \-Patients undergoing immediate implant\-based reconstructive breast surgery after skin\-sparing mastectomy

Exclusion Criteria

  • \-Allergic to ropivacaine
  • \-Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia: coagulopathy, infection of the skin puncture site
  • \-Patients with chronic pain at the surgical site
  • \-Patients unable to express pain with NRS score
  • \-Pregnancy
  • \-Patients unable to make voluntary decisions
  • \-Patients who refuse IV PCA or regional anesthesia
  • \-History of treatment for a psychiatric disorder
