入选标准
- •Adult women over 20 years old
- •-American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I-III
- •-Patients undergoing immediate implant-based reconstructive breast surgery after skin-sparing mastectomy
排除标准
- •-Allergic to ropivacaine
- •-Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia: coagulopathy, infection of the skin puncture site
- •-Patients with chronic pain at the surgical site
- •-Patients unable to express pain with NRS score
- •-Pregnancy
- •-Patients unable to make voluntary decisions
- •-Patients who refuse IV PCA or regional anesthesia
- •-History of treatment for a psychiatric disorder
