Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult women over 20 years old
- •\-American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I\-III
- •\-Patients undergoing immediate implant\-based reconstructive breast surgery after skin\-sparing mastectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\-Allergic to ropivacaine
- •\-Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia: coagulopathy, infection of the skin puncture site
- •\-Patients with chronic pain at the surgical site
- •\-Patients unable to express pain with NRS score
- •\-Pregnancy
- •\-Patients unable to make voluntary decisions
- •\-Patients who refuse IV PCA or regional anesthesia
- •\-History of treatment for a psychiatric disorder
