Inclusion Criteria

present declaration of consent for the follow-up survey; male/female/diverse; users from 10 years and above who used the counseling service of krisenchat, have received a recommendation for further referral to the care system by the counselors in the chat. Sufficient vision and reading ability.

Exclusion Criteria

No sufficient knowledge of German, no internet access.

Interventional study: current help-seeking behavior and implementation of received referral into the health care system 4 weeks after the chat consultation. <br>Non-interventional study: Retrospective analysis of anonymous user data and chat meta-data based on all chat sessions from May 2020 to July 2021 (N = 7000).
