- •Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
- •Individuals aged 18 to 40 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Taking zinc and vitamin E supplements 3 months before the intervention
- •Insulin therapy required during the intervention
- •Pre\-eclampsia
- •Hypo and hyperthyroidism
