Inclusion Criteria
1)Age 1 month of 5 years with noisy breathing/stridor
2)Endoscopic confirmation of laryngomalacia
3)Any degree of laryngomalacia requiring supraglottoplasty
Exclusion Criteria
1)Laryngeal/ tracheal narrowing due to extrinsic factors
2)Patients presenting with severe stridor requiring tracheostomy
