入排标准
入选标准
- •Patients admitted to ICU under Critical Care Medicine with septic shock requiring vasopressors to maintain MAP >65 mm Hg and lactate >=2 despite adequate fluid resuscitation.
排除标准
- •1. Age less than 18 years or older than 65 years.
- •2. AKI on renal replacement therapy (RRT) or with an expectation of RRT within 24 hours.
- •3. Known case of renal artery stenosis, chronic kidney disease defined by a glomerular filtration rate of less than 30mL/min/1.73m2.
- •4. Cirrhosis with hepatorenal syndrome
- •5. Use of renin-angiotensin-aldosterone antagonists
- •6. Pregnancy
