1.Thai male or female, aged 18-70 years old.
2.Chronic hepatitis C which was diagnosed more than 6 months.
-Albumin > 3.4 mg/dl - Total bilirubin < 1.5 mg/dl
-INR < 1.5 - Platelet > 75,000
3.Compensated liver cirrhosis.
4.Consent for participation.
5.Serum 25 OH vitamin D level < 30 ng/ml.
1.Underlying disease(s) ; Human Immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, autoimmune disease.
2.Decompensated Liver Cirrhosis.
3.Pregnancy and/or lactating women.
4.Active viral or bacterial infection.
5.History of steroids or immunosuppressive therapy
6.No history of Pegylated interferons and interferons based therapies, interferons withdrawal at least 6 months, ingestion of drugs potentially capable of interacting with immune system
