The patient need Bilateral extraction of Mesio angular wisdom teeth surgery class A
Patients who doe not care oral hygiene regularly
Patients with bilateral mesioangular wisdom teeth class B, C, 2,3

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Occurrence of infection: the appearance of a latex layer (dead tissue of living or dead cells and white blood cells) Symptoms include swelling, pain, erythema, limited mouth opening, discharge, fever, and lymphadenopathy. wound infection after surgery is diagnosed by the following sign and symptoms: swelling with superficial redness and rising body temperature and pain on the third day after surgery or later seen by the dentist . Timepoint: The Third , Seventh and fourteenth day after dental surgery. Method of measurement: Observation and clinical examination.;Pain:: expressed as (No pain -Mild -Moderate-Severe-Excruciating) or as a number from one to ten or drawing a vertical line on Be a horizontal line. Timepoint: The Third , Seventh day after dental surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analysis Scale (VAS).
