Inclusion Criteria
Patients with hypopharyngeal and laryngeal SCC (except T1N0 and T2N0 Glottic cancers), Stages III â?? IV (AJCC) treated with definitive VMAT
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with laryngeal and hypopharyngeal tumors with histology other than SCC
2. Patients with Stage I/II tumors
3. Patients with distant metastasis
4. Patients undergoing upfront laryngectomy
5. Initial Karnofsky Performance Status (KPS) less than 60%
