- •3.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic surgery.

- •1. Patient refusal to give consent
- •2. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension
- •3. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •4. Patients with history of psychiatric illness
- •5. Pregnant patients
- •6. Patients with BMI >30kg/m2
- •7. Patients with known allergy to study drugs
