- •Pregnant patients
- •Patients with a history of (H/O) Drug abuse
- •Patients refusing consent
- •History of Acute kidney injury
- •Obese patients BMI > 30
- •H/o allergy to propofol
- •Post liver transplant patients
- •Tense ascites patients
