Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •People who undergo the following surgeries under general anesthesia at the researching medical center
- •A. gynecological robotic surgery
- •B. Mastoidectomy \& tympanoplasty
- •C. parotidectomy
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) ASA physical status classification \= ‘ASA IV’
- •2\) Body mass index \= 35
- •3\) Diabetic autonomic neuropathy
- •4\) Gastric emptying delay or hiatal hernia
- •5\) Allergic to local anesthetics
- •6\) Participation in other prospective clinical studies that may affect postoperative course
- •7\) Incapable of responding to the questionnaire (e.g. cognitive impairment)
