Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologists Physical Status I and II.

2. Patients undergoing elective surgery for clavicle fractures.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients refusing for the procedure.

2. Patients with history of allergy, sensitivity or any kind of reactions to

local anesthetic agents.

3. Patients with coagulation abnormalities.

4. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

5. Patients with infection at the injection site.

6. Patients with history of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and

Pleural effusion.

Primary Outcome Measures

The time at which the first use of rescue analgesic drug. <br/ ><br>This will be assessed in the postoperative period after the surgery.Timepoint: Pain will be assessed using Pain Score : Visual Analogue Scale at 6th , 12th and 24th hour postoperatively
