1. Nursing Officers working in AIIMS Bhopal
2. Nursing Officers having non-specific lower back pain for more than 3 months (more than or equal to 3/10 in the numerical pain scale) diagnosed by a physician
3. Willing to participate in the study
4. Available during the period of data collection
5. Able to read and write English or Hindi
1. Feet (one or both) with injury or inflammation or any skin diseases
2. Pregnant or lactating nursing officer
3. Using any methods of pain management (medications or any other
complementary or alternative therapies like Homeopathy, Ayurveda, Acupressure, Acupuncture etc.)
4. Individuals having any prior experience or knowledge about reflexology
5. Having any disease conditions like urinary tract infection, visible varicose vein, PIVD, kidney stones
6. Individual with history of major musculoskeletal surgery at the pelvis or lower limbs or fracture
7. Individual with any disabilities in their either lower limb
