Healthy individuals of age 18–60 years
Patients with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis.
Patients with active pain (moderate-to-severe) in mandibular molars
Patient with the ability to understand and use pain scales.
Patient who accepts to enroll in the study
Uncooperative Patients,
Pregnant and lactating patients, Mentally retarded
Patient with a history of taking analgesics in the previous 12 hours prior to treatment,
patient has more than one symptomatic mandibular tooth in the same quadrant,
Patients having a history of allergies.
