Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with bladder discomfort due to postoperative urinary catheter insertion and consent to the investigation
2. Patients with American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification system I-III
Exclusion Criteria
1. Pregnant patients
2. Patients with urinary tract obstruction
3, Patients with overactive or neurogenic bladder
4. Patients with body mass index > 35 kg/m2
5. Patients with analgesics due to chronic pain
6. Patients with allergy to tiropramide
7. Patients with seizure
8. Patients with gastrointestinal obstruction
9. Patients with shock
10. Patients with glaucoma
