- •All patients undergoing short duration procedures under general anesthesia without need of intubation
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA grade 3\&4, MPC 4, BMI \> 35, Known case of DNS, Patient on antiplatelet/anticoagulants , expexted surgical duration more than 30min
