Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status I and II who will undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia where nasotracheal intubation is indicated
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Obesity(BMI \>30Kg/m2\)
- •2 Hypertension
- •3 Cardiac disease
- •4 Pregnancy
- •5 Any coagulation disorder
- •6 Obstructed nasal passage
