Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status I and II who will undergo elective surgery under general anaesthesia where nasotracheal intubation is indicated

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1 Obesity(BMI \>30Kg/m2\)
  • •2 Hypertension
  • •3 Cardiac disease
  • •4 Pregnancy
  • •5 Any coagulation disorder
  • •6 Obstructed nasal passage
