Inclusion Criteria
1. Physically and mentally healthy individuals.
2. The patient undergoing fixed orthodontic treatment for the first time.
3. Full arch bonding in both arches
4. Crowding with Littles index of 4-9mm
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients with systemic diseases.
2. Pregnant patients.
3. Patients under medication for chronic pain
4. Patients with functional appliance therapy and
orthognathic surgery.
5. Additional appliances that could be unpredictable
pain sources, such as
headgear, and mini screw.
