Spinal anesthesia induced hypotension is a common problem and is associated with maternal nausea and vomiting,fetal acidosis.Aim of this study is to compare efficacy of phenylephrine infusion and normal saline infusion to prevent hypotension , nausea, vomiting, shivering.

- •Patients undergoing elective cesarean section.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal Hypertensive disorder in pregnancy Cardiac disease Antepartum haemorrhage Known allergy to drug used in study Patient posted for emergency LSCS.

主要结局
Primary outcome is prevention of hypotension
时间窗: shivering, hypothermia baseline and every 5 minutes for 50 minutes intraoperatively.
次要结局
- Hemodynamic parameters like NIBP,HR intraoperatively(Prevention of nausea and vomiting)
