Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) age of 60 years or older;
  • •2\) willingness to participate in the study;
  • •3\) a primary diagnosis of a cluster B and/or C personality disorder according
  • •to the categorical model of the DSM\-5 (assessed with the Structured Clinical
  • •Interview for DSM\-5 Personality disorders (SCID\-5\-P) and according to the
  • •alternative model of personality disorders (assessed with the Personality
  • •Inventory of DSM\-5 (PID\-5\) and the Severity Indices of Personality Problems
  • •short form (SIPP\-SF)).

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) a diagnosis of severe depression;
  • •2\) instable bipolar disorder; 3\) acute psychotic disorder;
  • •4\) IQ under 80;
  • •5\) substance dependence that need detox;
  • •6\) autism spectrum disorder;
  • •7\) (moderate to severe) neurocognitive disorder (MOCA \<25\);
  • •8\) psychosocial circumstances that ask a lot of attention from the participant;
  • •9\) limited life expectancy due to severe somatic illness;
