1. The age of onset was between 18 and 80 years old;
2. The diagnostic criteria of 2016 international guidelines for severe sepsis and septic shock were met;
3. APACHE II score < 30;
4. They voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.
1. Patients with allergy to traditional Chinese medicine and allergic constitution;
2. Patients with malignant tumor, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure (uremic stage), hematological diseases, HIV and other serious basic diseases were complicated;
3. Long term use of hormone, immunosuppressant and other drug treatment of patients;
4. Those who suffered from serious mental illness or were unable to cooperate with the trial;
5. Those who have participated in other clinical trials at the same time or within 30 days;
6. Pregnant and lactating women.
