Inclusion Criteria
The patients who have surgery within 12 hours after admission? glasgow coma scale less than or equal to 12
Exclusion criteria:
Pregnant women and lactating? hypersensitivity to tetracycline and minocycline medicine? history of systemic lupus erythematosus? incidence of pseudomembranous colitis
