Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. University students of Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
- •2\. Students \<\=30 years of age.
- •3\. Students without any present ongoing wrist and finger injury.
- •4\. Students who havenâ??t done resistance training from past six months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. University students with upper limb injury and with any absolute and relative contra indications as mentioned in the questionnaire.
- •2\. Medical or orthopaedic condition that compromises their participation or performance in the study.
- •3\. Students doing regular resistance training at gym
