Pregnant and Lactating women with mild to moderate thiamine deficiency
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnant and Lactating women with severe thiamine deficiency

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is estimated that there will be increase in diets rich in Vitamin B1 by 5-10% by the end of interventions. It is estimated by 24 hour dietary recall methods.Timepoint: dietary intakes of thiamine will be estimated at three time points. first at baseline at 6 months and 12 months of interventions.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is estimated that a 5-10% increase in the consumption of diets rich in vitamin b1 by the end of intervention in three groups.Timepoint: three time points , dietary intakes are assessed using 24 hr dietary recall at baseline, 6 months & at 12 months endline of the study
