Pregnant and Lactating women with mild to moderate thiamine deficiency

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnant and Lactating women with severe thiamine deficiency

Primary Outcome Measures

It is estimated that there will be increase in diets rich in Vitamin B1 by 5-10% by the end of interventions. It is estimated by 24 hour dietary recall methods.Timepoint: dietary intakes of thiamine will be estimated at three time points. first at baseline at 6 months and 12 months of interventions.
Secondary Outcome Measures

It is estimated that a 5-10% increase in the consumption of diets rich in vitamin b1 by the end of intervention in three groups.Timepoint: three time points , dietary intakes are assessed using 24 hr dietary recall at baseline, 6 months & at 12 months endline of the study
