Inclusion Criteria

1.Patients aged between 18-80 years

2.Patients of either sex (Male/Female)

3.American Society of Anaesthesiologist

physical status ? and ?

4.Patients scheduled for infraumbilical

surgeries under subarachnoid block

with BMI = 30kg/m2

Exclusion Criteria

1.Patients who refused Subarachnoid Block

procedure

2.Patients receiving thromboprophylaxis

3.Patients having Allergy to local

anaesthetics

4.Infection at the site of procedure

5.Obstetric population

6.Patients with spina bifida

7.Patients with Aortic stenosis, mitral

stenosis, mitral regurgitation

8.Patients with raised intracranial tension

9.Patients with inherited and acquired

coagulopathies
