surgeries under subarachnoid block
with BMI = 30kg/m2
1.Patients who refused Subarachnoid Block

2.Patients receiving thromboprophylaxis

anaesthetics

7.Patients with Aortic stenosis, mitral
stenosis, mitral regurgitation
