Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Body Mass Index (BMI) \> 25 kg/m2 \& \< 35 kg/m2
- •2\. The participants must be able to participate and comply with the
- •intervention, and preferably from National Capital Region (NCR).
- •3\. Right handed participants
- •4\. Should be able to read and comprehend the administered questionnaires.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Already in weight reduction programme including yoga in the last 6
- •2\. Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
- •3\. Uncontrolled hypertension
- •4\. Patients with a disease of the thyroid gland and other chronic
- •illnesses/autoimmune diseases/psychiatric disease.
- •5\. Patients with severe physical ailments like myocardial infarction, fracture
- •6\. Patients with metal implants.
