Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Age: 18 years or more.
- •2\.First year health professional students (UG) from AIIMS Delhi, Rishikesh and Bhopal
- •3\.Willing to participate and provide written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Students not willing to give in\-formed consent.
- •2\.No lifetime history of psychosis or mania (as per self\-report).
- •3\.Already practicing Sudarshan Kriya Meditation on a regular basis
