- •1.age 18 to 80 years old
- •2.ECOG 0-2
- •3.histopathological diagnosed small cell lung cancer
- •4.no evidence of brain metastasis on cranial-MRI
- •5.no progression of primary tumor and/or extra-cranial metastasis after complete standard treatment (chemotherapy and/or thoracic radiotherapy)
排除标准
- •1.history of previous cranial irradiation
- •2.evidence of leptomeningeal dissemination
