Inclusion Criteria
Subject diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus
People who are willing to sign the consent form
Exclusion Criteria
Previous surgery history (before 1 year)
Women during pregnancy, menstruation and lactating mother.
Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus (RBS >350mg/dl) and hypertension ( >150/100mmHg), seizures and panic disorder.

Name Time Method Pupillary light reflex measured by dynamic PupillometryTimepoint: Pupillary light reflex will be measured by dynamic Pupillometry a day before and after the four weeks of the intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Blood pressure and pulse rateTimepoint: Blood pressure and heart rate will be assessed a day before and after the intervention, followed by the pupillary light reflex.
