- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Time to intubation (TTI): This will be defined as the time from gripping the laryngoscope until registration of expired CO2.

Outcome measure: TTI will be measured in seconds by an independent observer using a stopwatch. In case of repeated attempts, the stop watch will continue to run until successful endotracheal intubation is confirmed

Endpoint: Comparison of the mean (or median) time to intubation (in seconds) between the groups

Timepoint: At the time of intubation
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Success rate for intubation

Outcome measure: Successful intubation will be defined as successful placement of the tube in the trachea within three attempts. Removal and re-insertion of the laryngoscope into the mouth will be considered an attempt. Inability to intubate within three attempts will be considered a failed intubation, after which further intubation techniques and devices will be at the discretion of the attending anaesthesiologist

Timepoint: Single time point;2.Difficulty of intubation

Outcome measure: The Intubation Difficulty Score (IDS) proposed by Adnet

Timepoint: Single time point
